Smart Agent
Smart Agent
There are 3 categories of Smart Agent, depending on whether you have a bank account or not. These are Smart Agent, Smart Master Agent and Smart Sub Agent. The agent selects the relevant category at the time of registration. Registration is done electronically via the Agent App. There is no need to contact SendSpend to register as an Agent.
Smart Agent
Owns 1 Store or is an Individual. This is the Default Smart Agent Category and requires the Agent to have a bank account. Registration as a Smart Master Agent takes approximately 24 to 48 hours.
Smart Master Agent
This requires the Agent to have a bank account. Smart Master Agents own more than one corner store or shop and have managers managing each store. Registration as a Smart Master Agent takes approximately 24 to 48 hours.
Smart Sub Agent
This is an agent who is part of a group of Smart Agents. They don’t require a bank account but must be linked to a Smart Master Agent to operate. A Smart Sub Agent reports to the Master Agent. These are typically run by store managers. Registration as a Smart Master Agent takes a few minutes.
Difference between Smart Master Agent and Smart Sub Agent
The only difference between the Smart Master Agent and Smart Sub Agent is the requirement for the Smart Master Agent to have a bank account. The following are identical.
