Depositing Cash at an Agent

After you hand the cash to the agent, your Pre Paid Wallet will be credited with the amount handed over, less the deposit fee charged by the agent. All Agents set their own fees. Some Agents are FREE. Please, use your App to search for FREE Agents in your area.

With SendSpend you have several ways of deposit and withdraw your money

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) from your bank

If you are a Platinum customer with a registered bank account, you can transfer money by EFT from your bank account directly to your SendSpend Wallet using online banking or your payment app. Funds take 1 to 2 working days to clear depending on your bank.

Withdrawing Cash from an Agent

Before the agent hands you the cash, you will be asked to authorise the withdrawal in your App. Once you have authorised the withdrawal, the Agent will hand you the cash and your balance will be reduced by the amount of cash handed to you plus the amount of the fee charged by the Agent. All Agents set their own fees. Some Agents are FREE. Please, use your App to search for FREE Agents in your area.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to your bank

If you are a Platinum customer with a registered bank account, you can transfer money to your bank account directly from your SendSpend Wallet by EFT. Use the Bank Withdraw function in the SendSpend App. Funds take 1 to 2 working days to be received in your bank account, depending on your bank.
